Delivery and Pickup

Customers must provide accurate delivery information and ensure that entrances, hallways, stairways and rooms are accessible for the purchased products.

Additional charges may apply for services such as difficult access, redelivery, assembly or removal of existing furniture when agreed in advance.

Inspect products promptly after delivery or pickup and report visible damage or missing items as soon as reasonably possible.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted only in accordance with our current written Return and Exchange Policy.

Proof of purchase may be required. Products must meet the conditions stated in that policy, including any applicable time limits, packaging requirements, exclusions or restocking charges.

Custom-made, special-order, clearance, final-sale, opened hygiene-sensitive or used products may be non-returnable where clearly disclosed before purchase.

Ontario law does not generally require retailers to accept returns or exchanges simply because a customer changes their mind, although remedies may apply in certain circumstances, including misrepresentation.

Warranties
